The Summit Subang USJ is located within one of the commercial hubs of UEP Subang Jaya and one of the major townships in the Klang Valley. The Summit Subang USJ is an intergrated commercial complex, which comprises of a 13-storey office tower and a 17-storey hotel tower, both located atop a 6-storey retail podium.

Located about 35km from Kuala Lumpur city centre, it is accessible via the Federal Highway or the New Pantai Expressway, which will eventually intersect with Persiaran Kewajipan. Alternatively, it is also accessible from the Lebuh Raya Shah Alam via the Kewajipan Interchange. Lebuhraya Shah Alam forms part of the Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road II and is connected to three major highways namely the Nort-South Expressway, Puchong-Damansara Expressway and North-South Expressway Central Link.
